- BODYPLAN Groups — Get at the root of your weight problem through weekly group meetings that focus on changing your thinking and habits. - BODYPLAN Advanced Groups — Once you have completed a BodyPlan group, you are eligible to enroll in a BodyPlan Advanced Group. Many clients do this until they reach their ideal weight. - Individual Weight Loss Coaching Sessions — Some individuals need the increased accountability and support of one-on-one coaching.
